12.4 Property Condition: We do not inspect properties or verify all claims made by property owners. Care providers should conduct their own inspections and assessments.
12.5 Limitation of Liability: Our total liability to you for any claims arising from our services shall not exceed the fees paid to us by you in the 12 months preceding the claim.
