Landlords and care providers are independent third parties. We facilitate introductions only and are not liable for their actions, defaults, breaches, or failures.
Once parties are introduced, the relationship is between them. We are not responsible for disputes, defaults, or ongoing relationship management (unless we are the named tenant in the lease agreement).
6. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any losses arising from:

- Reliance on information provided
- Property investment losses or rental income loss
- Third-party default or business failure
- Market changes or regulatory changes
- Failed matches or delays
Our maximum liability is limited to fees (if any) paid to us in the 12 months prior to any claim.
